Stephen L. Fox is a shareholder and practices in the areas of corporate and business law, handling both transactional matters and litigation.


He received his B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin in 1989 and his law degree from Marquette University Law School in 1992. He is licensed to practice throughout Wisconsin and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.


Steve is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and its Environmental Law, Construction and Public Contracts, Bankruptcy, and Intellectual Property Sections.


He also belongs to the Milwaukee Bar Association and its Bankruptcy and Litigation Sections, and the Wisconsin Association for Justice (formerly the Wisconsin Association of Trial Lawyers).
