Carroll University awarded to shareholder Marna M. Tess-Mattner its 2014 P.E. McAllister Distinguished Alumna Award for Service to Carroll University.

We’ve Added a Shareholder!

Schmidt, Rupke, Tess-Mattner & Fox, S.C. is pleased to announce that, as of January 1, 2014, Teresa L. Rickert became a shareholder of the law firm. Terri came to Schmidt, Rupke, Tess-Mattner & Fox, S.C. eight years ago after serving in the legal department for Menard’s, where she gained practical legal experience and oversaw litigation files.  Before that, she was highly successful in national mock trial competitions both at the undergraduate level and while a student at Drake Law School. In her first jury trial at Schmidt, Rupke, Tess-Mattner & Fox, S.C., a home construction defect case, not only did Terri win, but the jury gave her the exact damages figure she requested. Terri is passionate about her clients and their cases, is always thoroughly prepared, and receives compliments from judges and court staff on her courtroom savvy.  She has developed skills in business litigation, real estate litigation, personal injury litigation, Social Security Disability Insurance Benefit cases, and appeals.
